This luxury villa includes: fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher; a living and dining area with sliding doors to a terrace with sea views, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. Behind the kitchen doors you will also find a washing machine and a gas grill. The spacious master bedroom, in addition to the king-size bed, is equipped with a 32-inch smart TV and a bathroom with a double sink, double shower and Jacuzzi. There are also two more double bedrooms - one with stunning sea views and the other with a private balcony and garden views. The fourth bedroom is located next to the pool and offers amazing views of the bay.

Rental rates include: - Unlimited electricity and water consumption (excluding monthly tariffs); - Cleaning is included twice a week (optional - on request); - Change of bed linen once a week, change of towels for the pool on the day of cleaning; - Guest manager with knowledge of several languages (English, French, Chinese); - Welcome information package with the owner's recommendations; - Transfer from/to the airport (once in each direction for free); - Baby cot and high chair (on request, free of charge); - Free Wi-Fi; - Digital safe for valuables; - Round-the-clock security around the villa.
Rental rates do not include: - 10% service fee (one-time payment); - Private chef at a cost of 1,500 THB per meal (the guest pays the cost + 20% of the cost for the products); - Babysitting, massage and spa services (on request); - Yacht rental (on request); - Car rental with full insurance coverage can also be arranged.
Conditions and Deposit: - The Terms and Conditions apply, which will be sent to the guest for signing; - As a form of security, a deposit of $300 or 10,000 THB (cash only) is paid upon arrival.
