The studio has everything you need: a cosy living area with a 55-inch HDTV, a fully equipped kitchen with a Samsung refrigerator, microwave and Gorenje oven, as well as dishes and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with all amenities, including a hairdryer and toiletries.
For families with children, a crib and high chair are provided on request. The central air conditioning system provides a comfortable climate at any time of the year. The building has an elevator, washing and drying machines (for an additional fee), as well as fast Wi-Fi at 124 Mbps.
The studio is within walking distance of Chongmon Beach and only a few minutes' drive from the famous attractions of the Plai Laem and Big Buddha Temple Complexes. Parking is available both on the territory of the complex and on the street. Weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is included in the rental price. Payment for electricity and water is made additionally when renting for more than 28 days.
