4-bedroom villa with panoramic views and impeccable service

This modern villa with a beautiful design is ideal for a comfortable stay for up to eight people. It is located in the popular Chong Mon area. The villa has three levels and offers luxurious amenities, privacy and spectacular sea views.

All of the villa's interiors have been designed by a designer. Elegant blue vases with beautiful flowers and palm trees just hint at the attention to detail inherent throughout the villa. Double glass doors lead to a large multi-purpose room that is stylishly furnished and equipped with a large flat-screen TV with Internet access, handy bing-bags and a foosball table. This room becomes the entertainment center of the villa and a great playroom for younger guests. There is also a full bathroom with a toilet, and thanks to a fold-out double bed hidden behind a wall of closets, the room is used as a fourth bedroom.

Villa guests will appreciate the separate massage room with a luxurious massage couch and sink. Behind the massage area is a suitcase storage room. A spiral staircase of dark wood and metal leads to the second floor.

The second floor of the villa includes a large kitchen with all modern conveniences including an American refrigerator/freezer, wine cabinet, electric stove and halogen stove. Gray brushed cabinets and polished black granite surfaces create a clean and sophisticated look. Behind the center kitchen island and its three bar stools is a sleek hardwood table with a glass top that seats eight people. The rest of the modern open kitchen-living area consists of a cozy seating area with an elegant sand-gray leather "L" shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV with Internet access. Two glass patio doors open onto the terrace with an infinity pool and stunning panoramic ocean views. The terrace also has comfortable lounge chairs to enjoy the view. Next to the kitchen is a guest toilet.

A soaring staircase leads to the third floor where three bedrooms are located. The spacious and bright master suite opens onto a private terrace overlooking the pool and offers spectacular ocean views. The room is equipped with a king-size bed, wood furniture and a desk. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, modern design, luxurious linens, flat-screen TVs and ample storage space. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds.

The villa is close to many cozy bars, gourmet dining opportunities and magical sandy beaches. The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with Sonos sound system and Wi-Fi. With two cribs, high chair, board games and toys, it is ideal for families. The layout of the villa provides both private and shared spaces for the perfect vacation.

Rental price includes:
- unlimited consumption of electricity and water;
- complimentary continental breakfast;

The reception manager will ask for a refundable deposit of $300 or THB 10,000 (cash only) upon check-in.
